In 2022, I was hired by a technological startup based in The Hague as an in-house graphic designer. My role was designing promotional materials for online and offline marketing campaigns including conferences, as well as developing the visual side of the brand: new typography, colours and ways to differentiate the company's different areas of work. The latter quickly became an agile process which took place alongside other assignments. This meant that the projects I was working on combined new and old branding elements.
The largest project was creating an animated explainer video about AI-assisted subsea development planning, where I was in charge of designing all visual elements and creating the animation.
Branding & Graphic design
I have redesigned the company's logo, which needed a softer, less masculine typography. Since the company works across different industries, it needed additional logos variants for those industries. I also created a set of brochures with information about the company to be sent to prospective clients, as well as conference posters.
Visual Identity - Experiments
Finally, I was asked to experiment with new colour palette and other branding elements that reflect the company's current direction.
