In 2017, I was commissioned to design logo for a Bahrain-based pastry shop, whose owner was planning to open a chain shop in Warsaw and wanted the brand to appeal to "hipster" eatery goers.
Asha’s is a 40 year old brand from Bahrain, UAE. They have been in the business of Indian sweets and snacks. It started as a sweet shop that was initially known as “Sweet Mart” with the tagline “Sign of Taste”. Later they grew to add a quick service Indian restaurant called Asha’s. To appeal to the younger generation today and promote Indian food in a modern and contemporary manner, Asha’s wanted to revamp their identity and look.
