Wonderful article. Thank you so much for bringing these women artists to the forefront. Eva Svankmajerova was a friend of mine as is Jan (Honza) her husband. Once we were casually chatting in their living room. I was admiring one of the beautiful ceramic pieces and I ask who did that. Eva said without missing a beat: „Honza, he also know how to make art.” Still think about her unique art and her great sense of humor.
